OnHoldUSA® SERVICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A- AUTHORIZED USAGE: Client is authorized to utilize OnHoldUSA® productions and equipment at the agreed upon location(s) only.

B- EQUIPMENT LOSS OR DAMAGE: Client is responsible for the loss or damage of any equipment supplied by OnHoldUSA®.

C- FALSE ADVERTISING: Client will not hold OnHoldUSA® responsible for any false advertising claims made as a result of copy provided by and/or approved by client.

D- TERMINATION OF SERVICE: Client may terminate service at any time, effective the end of the current billing period, by A) providing written, electronic, or verbal notice prior to the date of desired termination, B) returning all OnHoldUSA® supplied equipment, C) remitting any unpaid invoices, and D) discontinuing the playback/broadcast of OnHoldUSA® productions, including removing production files from VoIP telecom platforms or portals.

E- LICENSING: On behalf of the client, OnHoldUSA® pays all licensing and copyright fees until such time as client discontinues service or OnHoldUSA® terminates service. OnHoldUSA® operates in full compliance with all federal, state and local copyright laws and regulations.

F- CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT: Client must notify OnHoldUSA® of any change in ownership or management company. Only the originating owner or management company is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.

G- PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: An account that is more than 60 days past due will be subject to late fees.

H- UNRETURNED EQUIPMENT: A client that terminates service but fails to return equipment supplied by OnHoldUSA® will be charged an unreturned equipment fee.

I- TERMINATION BY ON HOLD USA: OnHoldUSA® reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment, or for any reason deemed prudent, and to require the return of any OnHoldUSA® supplied equipment. OnHoldUSA® shall notify client of termination by conventional and/or electronic mail, 30 days prior to the date of termination.

J- THIRD PARTY COMPLIANCE: OnHoldUSA® requests exemption from third party compliance fees, as we do not perform work on site, under normal circumstances. We provide insurance verification and W-9 documentation upon request. Our prices do not include any third-party fees we may incur.
